Olivia’s At Fifty-Three is the first professional micro-winery in the
city. The exclusive micro-winery is producing some exceptionally high-quality wine varieties available only to dining clientele. We take pride in producing the highest quality product through the most sophisticated and passionate of wine-making techniques.

• We source our grapes from top vineyards around the world. The  whole grapes are shipped to us each harvest. We do not use juices,  concentrates or sugars.

• We use far less sulfites than most commercial wineries.

• Our production output is exclusive and limited ensuring very high-quality wines.

• Each product is fermented, oaked, bottled, and cellared in our exclusive winery below the restaurant. Each product is bottled by hand.


The Winemakers

Olivia’s At Fifty-Three's vinter, Alejandra De Miguel, was born in Mendoza, Argentina, to renowned oenologists Mabel and Alejandro De Miguel. She has been immersed in the wine industry since childhood, and has worked at wineries in Argentina, Spain and Chile.

The De Miguels have been Chief Winemakers at some of the most well-respected wineries and vineyards around the globe, including Argentina, Chile, Spain, and Romania.

The De Miguel family now bring their unique talents to the winery at Olivia’s At Fifty-Three.
