The Winemakers

Alejandra De Miguel, co-owner of Olivia’s At Fifty Three, was born in Mendoza, Argentina, to renowned oenologists Mabel and Alejandro De Miguel. She has been immersed in the wine industry since childhood, and has worked at wineries in Argentina, Spain and Chile.

The De Miguels have been Chief Winemakers at some of the most well-respected wineries and vineyards around the globe, including Argentina, Chile, Spain, and Romania.

The De Miguel family now bring their unique talents to the winery at Olivia’s At Fifty Three.

Utilizing imported grapes from South America, far less sulfites than most commercial wineries, and no concentrates or sugars, Olivia’s At Fifty Three’s exclusive Below Fifty Three Winery is producing some exceptionally high quality wine varieties, available only to dining clientele.
